Refund policy

All sales are final

We don't give refunds, returns or exchanges on any tier. That includes Basic, Pro and Concierge.

Why

Pipeline Chief is a digital product. You get access to the full kit (private GitHub repo access plus a download) once you pay, and we can't take it back. When you buy, you ask for that immediate access and you accept that you give up any right to cancel or withdraw once access is available.

Before you buy

Read the pricing and FAQ on the home page. If you aren't sure which tier fits, or whether the kit works with your tools, email [email protected] before you pay. We'll answer.

What we fix

• If Stripe charged you twice for the same order, we refund the extra charge.
• If your download link or repo access doesn't work, we fix it or send you a new one.

Email [email protected] with your order email and we'll sort it out.

Your legal rights

If the law where you live gives you a right that a contract can't remove, this policy doesn't remove it.
